Orders are processed Monday-Friday only (excluding major holidays). Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and packed prior to shipping. SHELONGZ delivers worldwide. Please allow 2-3 business days for your tracking number & shipping label to update.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Delivery times are estimates only and can vary depending on your state. SHELONGZ is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events and lost or stolen packages or any fees/taxes related to international shipping. Please contact your local post office for help on recovery of packages reported delivered via your tracking number. Your orders may be delivered into multiple shipments in order to shorten the duration of delivery.
PRE-ORDERS
IF you ordered a pre-order item, It takes 10-20 days after successful payment.
Please note, selecting a pre-order item may cause delays to the dispatch of your full order. If you ordered a pre-order item, in addition to other products which are in stock now, we will wait to receive your full order before dispatching. Unless you have purchased split shipping at the time of check out.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES
In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).
